Epicurean, adjective. fond of or adapted to luxury in sensual pleasures, having luxurious tastes or habits, especially in eating and drinking.

Artistry, noun. artistic quality of effect or workmanship, refined interpretations of the latest trends and classics.

It is in this space that Chef Bruce loves to create his offerings. Dining is an experience of all five senses. We start by enjoying food with our eyes. Presentation is our first experience by creating the “wow” effect followed immediately by aroma. The textures (or feel) of different offering combinations and unique flavor profiles combined with Chef Bruce’s experience using Molecular Gastronomy with give you an epicurean experience long remembered.
