Small Plates

Along with a few cold displayed presentations for your guest to enjoy throughout your event, Chef Bruce will prepare and present small, both hot and cold, servings of a variety of foods and flavor combinations. As he finishes one small plate course he will simply move onto the next. Throughout your event there will always be something new to enjoy as our chef moves through your menu.

This concept works best in a home setting where the chef can both use and display in your kitchen. Many of your guests end up in the kitchen anyway and this will give them an opportunity to watch the chef create and have dialogue should they choose.

This concept works very well for home fundraisers.
